your dedicated case manager will start to gather information and discuss yoiur property

your case worker will contact you to discuss if your have a valid claim and if its worth appealing your rateable value
STEP 5Valuation office response
This is where the valuation office either accept, reject or refuse your claim , if accepted you will receive a check case awknowldegment number
STEP 6Challenge dates
once accepted you will receive all confirmation from the valuation office along with a full research report from carter klay associates, while we wait for your finalised challenge dates.once your reduction has been complete all refunds and rebates will come direct to yourselves via your local council
